Each May, Noto hosts the Infiorata di Noto, a vibrant flower festival that transforms the streets into colorful carpets of intricate floral designs. This spectacular event draws visitors from around the world and showcases the town’s lively cultural spirit.
Noto is easily accessible by car, making it convenient for a day trip or a longer stay. It’s about an hour’s drive from Catania and 30 minutes from Syracuse. If you prefer public transport, there are regular bus and train services connecting Noto to other major cities in Sicily. We parked the car at a public parking lot where you don't need to pay (at least in the low season) and the walk to the city center was about 10 minutes from there.
