The Perfect Photo

Take a dry cloth with you to clean the lens between the shots, as it blurs up pretty quickly from the mist of the waterfall.

- Wear sturdy shoes: The path to the waterfall can be slippery, especially when wet.
- Respect the culture and environment: Taking away souvenirs like rock or plants is absolutely disrespectful in the Balinese culture. Even climbing on the big rock for the iconic photo requires an apology to the gods of the forest to avoid bad luck. You can belive in it or not, but your Balinese guide will probably be very happy to be with someone who knows how to behave and respect the local culture. That also includes not to undess or litter.

Tukad Cepung Waterfall is located in Tembuku Village, Bangli Regency. The most convenient way to reach the waterfall is by car or scooter, with a journey time of approximately 1.5 hours from Ubud.
